The following error should be noted in Figure 3 and its representative legend on page 220. The prism correction drawn in the figure (e.g., base-in OS and base-out OD) would be used for eyes that are shifted to a left gaze null position, not a right gaze null position. Moving the image in the direction of the patient's null position will straighten the head. In lines 5–8, left column of page 220, it is stated that the prsim is placed with the “apex in the direction of the fixing eye”; additionally, it should be stated that the prism should also be placed over the fixing eye in the direction of the fixing eye, as given in the example.
