Young Boy With Progressive Double Vision

Abstract 

A 7-year-old boy presented with a slowly progressive third nerve palsy. Initial imaging was said to be normal, but more focused imaging identified a tumor of the third nerve, which explained his slowly progressive third nerve nerve dysfunction.
